Quality is the main principle of CMK philosophy. Procedures of production processes, development and implementation of new processes and business process improvement are focused on the continuous improvement of the product quality.




The policy of CMK regarding conflict materials

In accordance with the requirements of IPC-1755 WAM1 with Amendment 1 Conflict Minerals Data Exchange Standard, conflict minerals are columbite-tantalite, cassiterite, gold, wolframite and their derivatives.

CMK undertakes not to purchase tantalum, tin and tungsten (derivatives of columbite-tantalite, cassiterite, wolframite, respectively) and gold in the following countries involved in armed conflicts: the Democratic Republic of Congo (the DRC), Angola, Burundi, the Central African Republic, the Republic of Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.

Upon the customer’s request, CMK undertakes to participate in the data exchange on conflict minerals in accordance with the requirements of IPC-1755-WAM1:

  • use as a source of conflict minerals supply only smelters, whose complex analysis policy was assessed by an independent third party audit program;
  • disclose information on the origin of conflict minerals;
  • issue a declaration (at the product level) guided by IPC-1755-WAM1 with Amendment 1;
  • require its suppliers to declare the origin of conflict minerals.
